YoungLink changes the perspective on classroom climate
From the outset, our application has been supported by a team of people with doctoral degrees in psychology, pedagogy, and sociometry. As part of our university activities, we felt it was a great shame to be able to measure what was happening in classrooms and use it only for further academic work.
No one has investigated why exclusion from the group occurs.
The idea for YoungLink came about when its founder, Dušan Brabec, began to wonder what would change in school classrooms if experts had a reliable tool for mapping the classroom climate. He envisioned a system that would strengthen primary prevention, detect bullying before it fully erupts, and at the same time encourage children to feel accepted and safe in the group. It is the classroom environment that significantly influences whether a child can develop and reach their full potential.

Startups from the Technology Incubation project at #demoday
YoungLink ranked among the TOP 16 startups that succeeded in the most demanding pre-selection process of the largest Czech program supporting young companies within the international festival. The founders had to present their investor pitch in English within three minutes and defend it before a jury composed of directors of technology hubs. The main criteria included market potential, competitive advantage, ability to attract interest, and readiness for investment.
